Seduction

Message I received on OKCupid:

Hey what’s up, I am truly mesmerized by your beauty, so I decided to write a song for you, hope you like it:

twinkle twinkle beautiful star
how I wonder what you are
up above the clouds so high
like a bracelet in the sky
twinkle twinkle beautiful star
how I wonder what you aaarrrreeee
original song for an original lady, what do you think :)

Not sure how to take this. Does he want to give me a bracelet? Is he being sarcastic when he calls me original? Has this poem ever worked for him on anyone over the age of five?

Under favorite books he wrote: “BOOKS – I would need to read to have a favorite.”

    hmmm… A non-reader? NOT A MATCH!

I think it’s a poor effort on his side. Still, you can’t ignore the fact that it made you curious enough to post about it. I think it’s honest to admit you don’t read books tough.

Wow, there is a reason this guy is single. Can you imagine him bringing a guitar or in his case maybe an accordion (To be truly original) to your first date and proceeding to sing for you in a crowded cafe?? Oh God, the chances for public embarrassment are endless here! Lol..

It’s not even a creative song, it’s something like an 8 year old would write. Combine that with the lack of reading… He’d better be gorgeous because he is an idiot!
